- Has over 40 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities in a variety of settings including; serving those with intellectual disabilities in community group homes, engaging individuals with physical disabilities at summer camp programs and providing in-home care to those who have sustained severe closed head injuries.
- Upon graduating from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1991, I became an Employment Specialist at TEC and for the past 32 years I have continued to dedicate my life to helping individuals with disabilities secure and maintain employment.
- My job is very rewarding knowing I can help my clients realize their true potential and become successful in their jobs.

TEC employs more than 20 hard-working, part-time staff members.
We are grateful for the support of our incredible team of part-time staff who play an important role in ensuring our operations run smoothly.
Our part-time staff consists of:
- Photo Technicians operate the photo side of the PA DMV’s Driver’s Licensing Center in Washington, PA.
- Job Coaches provide on-the-job support to our students and adults throughout Washington County.
- Fiscal Staff manages TEC’s financial operations.
