Our Mission + Vision

TEC’s mission is to assist individuals with disabilities to become independent, productive members of the community by providing job readiness training and placement into competitive employment.

Our Purpose

TEC’s purpose is to help individuals with disabilities prepare for competitive employment and to provide support for individuals who need it to become successfully employed in the community.

TEC also teaches students transition skills to prepare them for life after high school graduation.

We employ six full-time and 23 part-time staff members.

Our Services

Our services are available to individuals with disabilities in Washington and Fayette counties.

We service high school students ages 14-22, Adults with mental health needs, individuals in recovery and/or individuals with intellectual disabilities
