We assist individuals with disabilities to become independent, productive community members by providing job readiness training and job placement into competitive employment.
Through our mission, we serve 300-400 individuals annually.

Become a Volunteer
Volunteers help with projects that may not be possible without some extra hands! Over the years, volunteers have helped TEC build a raised garden, painted the great room, shared knowledge and guidance as a guest speaker, painted our conference room and lobby, and conducted mock interviews with clients.
Our Students
This year, TEC had three students of graduation age. All graduated in June 2023, and are seeking employment with supportive services, working, or involved in post-secondary education and/or training.
